Our Story

Cut Rate Sewer & Drain Services is a locally-owned and operated business that has been in the Bernard family since 1972, and we have no intentions of closing shop any time soon. Our current owners, Heather and Luke Roybal, are committed to upholding the business’s dependable and friendly reputation. Their father and grandfather started this business as a way to provide reliable and quality services to their community and that belief has endured for more than 50 years.

Our goal is to be your first choice when you need a reliable company to solve your septic and sewer system problems. We treat each customer with integrity and respect, and we pride ourselves on our ability to make every client and member of our staff feel like family.

All of their technicians are always very helpful and informative. Courtney in the office is wonderful! She is always very ensures they get a technician out to our home as soon as able. Anytime we’ve had concerns or questions they’ve always been addressed quickly. Dan was out to service the house today. During a home inspection a root ball was discovered in our sewer line. Having a deadline to meet for closing I contacted Cut Rate and was able to get a tech out the next day. After we had a better idea of the repair Luke came out and gave a quote, then started the repair. I had a 2 week window to get the job done and they had it completed within 4 days of my initial phone call. Everyone that I interacted with at Cut Rate was incredible. Fantastic service and quickly got my problem solved, Thank you!!!

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8AM to 4PM, Monday through Thursday and 8AM to 12PM on Friday. We do have 24-hour emergency service available.
